Too Much Sadness Lately
There's just been too much sadness lately. We came home from camping this afternoon to learn that puppy Lewis has died.
He was struck by a car and killed after being let out the front door alone to potty while his family got ready to go somewhere. Just having a puppy brain, he didn't know to stay out of the street.
Momma is crying and we have to console her. We'll blog later.

Run to the Bridge, Little Lewis Baby...I'm so sorry you had to leave us so soon...I know you will be taken care of..but it still doesn't tame the pain in our hearts to lose such a sweet little guy like you. Our deepest sympathies to your family & friends. I think I might have looked like you when I was a wee little baby.
