Rainy Day Blues
Its an icky day here. It was sleeting this morning, but has turned to cold rain. The yard is wet. Momma gets cranky and makes us each stop at the door when we come in to get our pawsies wiped off. She shut off the doggie door so we can't just fly in and out when we need to. 
Notice, I said NEED! There are just things a dog is responsible for and property patrol is one of them. Who's minding the yard! If we're not there, anything could happen. Squirrels or groundhogs or CATS could invade! There could be enormous loss.
We think Mom needs to rethink this whole thing. We can think about how to talk her into letting us have our doggie door back. Maybe we should sleep on it. ZZZZzzzzz

Hi there Eddie, Peached & Bella! Thanks for visiting & leaving comments in my bloggy. Oh, it's been raining alot here too in my country but luckily today it did not. We have training this Sunday & my hoomans don't want the ground to be wet & soggy. I don't mind actually coz I like water, hehehe!

it has been raining here for one whole day solid. this is the desert, its not supposed to rain!
mom set up a towel inside the door for us to wipe our feet too. I think our paw prints look sort of like art.
our humans are so uncultured.
We think your mom needs to open up that dog door. How dare she close it and take the chance that cats will take over your yard.
It rain a lot here too but good thing about the rain is that it give us cooler and cleaner air.
It great to be sleeping in duing wet day but the patroling duty can't stop too. Try talk to your mum again when you have enough rest.

Oh - it was all rainy here in San Diego yesterday too! I didn't even get a walk! & only went outdoors to piddle 2x! The HORROR!
It was cloudy today..but no rain...but we needed the rain, so I guess once in a while is OK..I napped a lot too!

We have to do the paw wipe down at the back door too when it's raining. I, Noah am the best at it. The girls are a bit hopeless but they're getting better. It's been raining at our place lots lately.

Hi Kids, that's so sad about getting your dog door closed. if a squirrel came by your yard and you didn't chase it, then maybe more squirrels would come and take over the whole yard. can you at least see the yard from a window so that you can bark? well at least taking a nap is nice to do too.
