On The Grill
Momma sez Poppa is the best cooker on the outdoor grill of anybody, EVER. Today they went to the store where you get people food and got some really extra good people food: STEAKS! Mmmmmm.
We stood by Poppa in case he dropped anything so we could help clean it up. We wouldn't want Momma to get mad at him for making a mess on the patio. We also sat close by while they ate in case anything fell to the floor of the deck. We can't have a messy deck, ya know?
Here's the plate of scraps from the steaks. Mmmmmm. That was our reward for so diligently waiting to clean the floor.
We're all waiting patiently... for a while for our scraps while Momma fixes our dishes.
Then it starts getting ugly. Look at Peaches face! She sez, "Feed me now or I'll put a Beagle Hex on you!"
Yep, Poppa's the best griller we've ever met! Gotta go nap it off now. Aaaaaah.

I like to stand by my daddy when he grills too. That's because he drops some of his food and I grab it really fast. He says its and accident but mommy says he does it on purpose. I don't care because either way its great. That's good that you stayed close to help clean up
Oh your dad sure must be a great cook for you doggies to be all ready for the food. Peaches look serious about the Beagle hex there. I hope your dad gave her some food

Your steak scraps look sooooooooooo yummy!
Guess what? We saw the movie Shiloh on TV Saturday night. It was about a Beagle and we couldn't help but think of you guys! It was a super great movie!

Hmm - Peaches looks a LITTLE scarey in that pic. Maybe dad should just give her the meatables before she hexes him.
You pups are being so good and patient - we are not so well mannered here and the BBQ smell has us jumping around in circles in excitement.
